HM35/Intermediate At-Home Workout Routine
HM35 is a higher intensity, intermediate workout routine to challenge coordination and endurance while improving stabilization capabilities. This routine is self-paced with rest as needed. A bench and dumbbells are required.

WARM UP |Gross-motor, active warm-up for 3 to 5-minutes
CIRCUIT | 4-sets. 10 repetitions. Rest as needed. NOTE: single leg stand is repeated within the circuit for full repetitions to be completed separately with both levers.
CIRCUIT | 4-sets. 10 repetitions. Rest as needed.
COOL DOWN | Elongated :20 to:30 single stretch 5 to 10-minutes.
