Below are summaries of trunk-region exercises and movements indexed in all of our fitness galleries. Lower rib cages, low back, abdomen, and pelvis musculature and joints are the general regions we define as trunk region. Many of these movements aren’t isolated to just those regions. When there is one or more of endurance, coordination, or prime mover muscle work involving joints and musculature within the trunk, then it’s tagged as trunk-region.
