I'm having a moment.

I'm having a moment.

This moment holds deep meaning for me. Three months ago, with a racing heart, I pressed that "send" button on the first newsletter. Almost instantly, the nagging thought surfaced: "What if I mess up?"

Fast forward to today, three months and a renewed perspective. Overcoming those initial fears, navigating through the messiness of schedules, feeling the exhilaration when your thoughtful replies arrive – each of these experiences are at the heart of it all. I stand within a community of gracious support – you. Thank you for being by my side through this journey.

Here's the lesson: Knowing how to achieve something differs greatly from the act of doing it. The "doing" part involves embracing the practice, even when life throws you those tricky knuckleballs (which, by the way, are tougher to hit than curveballs.)

Reliable methods and unwavering practices help you and I to:

  • Implement new behaviors.

  • -Adapt strategies to life's twists and turns.

  • -Confront a myriad of emotions and commitments.

  • -Execute these behaviors repeatedly, building momentum.

Significant change comes from sticking with consistent practices and making them sustainable. Those methods that you can rely on matter immensely. If you're ready to make a change, consider these questions that I’ve been asking myself over these three months:

  1. Where are you right now, and where do you envision yourself?

  2. What holds value on this path to your desired outcome?

  3. What plan will steer you in that direction?

  4. What's the first step, or the next one, in that plan?

  5. How's that step progressing? Is it working?

And, as always, know that I'm here for you. Thank you for being a part of this meaningful chapter.
