Three 1-hour virtual visits
A plan helps focused effort. Define controllable, daily actions for up to 3-months of planned practices. The goal to action plan considers what you need and want to accomplish and which skill dynamics you’re wiling, ready, and able to commit to. This is a realistic, attainable plan uniquely fit to your interests.
Coach
three to twelve months
Schedule virtual sessions to feel a greater sense of relief as you’re learning ownership to situations. Coaching and guidance minimizes unforeseen challenges, plus structures accountability to sustain motivation. Rates vary based on regularity of meeting and duration of sessions; this service is for current and past clients.
