Below are summaries of upper body exercises and movements indexed in all of our fitness galleries. Arms, shoulders, chest, upper back musculature and joints are the general regions we define as upper body. Many of these movements aren’t isolated to just those regions. When there is one or more of endurance, coordination, or prime mover muscle work involving joints and musculature above the trunk, then it’s tagged as upper-body.
