LAB35/Intermediate At-Home Workout Routine
LAB35 is a lower intensity, intermediate workout routine to challenge your endurance while improving stabilization capabilities with a focus on upper body movements.
There are three circuits of endurance, coordination, and isometric work that may be completed with rest, as needed. Each circuit includes 2-sets of each move and varying repetitions; the third move in the sequence is held until exhaustion. In the final circuit the isometrics requires a bench or a prop.
