Purchase packages below.

Upon purchasing select a date and time for our follow-up meeting. This proceeds an email of the performance outcome graph for our discussion to identify performance outcome results from the employee performance behavior assessment data.

WE SEND AN INTRODUCTORY EMAIL TO EMPLOYEE(S) including a link to the performance assessment. This email is sent proceeding package purchase. Upon assessment submission employee(s) are prompted to schedule their follow-up coaching session.

Packages with additional coaching sessions are scheduled after each completed session. We recommend the employee schedules sessions with 3-7 days between each.
