A fully scientific theory of people, with a derived theory of people in organizations is what the report encouraged.

Both the CDC and the National Academy of Medicine include physical environment, mental health, trauma or violence as social determinants to achieving best and united performance outcomes. They recommend a standardized, evidence-based process to set a foundation in science, plus avoid poor or subjective opinions by those doing the screening. Data guides theories to changing behaviors.

Psychologists agree our working memory unfairly rates our experiences. Our most memorable moments are most often at the peak and the end of an experience. Finally, integrate professional services to enable employees to theorize so they will produce and personalize their best abilities. Performance outcomes are the words and actions established by a workplace vision, mission, and goals.
