WHAT IS WELLBEING and DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO EXERCISE AND EAT BETTER?

That word wellbeing has a few connotations, doesn’t it? Wellbeing simply addresses the whole person. This lifestyle is whole because there is meaningful effort towards every task. Health resources exceed food and gym choices. Wellbeing brings clarity of purposeful behaviors engaged in consumerism of all resources. Okay we’ll stop…in a perfect world, wellbeing would be 24/7 and always be the clear option.

We understand life is messy for everyone. Our team lives the same desire: make better choices day in and day out. Perfection and balance is unattainable. A focus stuck on what is ‘healthiest’ or ‘right’ results in losing footing of common values, beliefs, morals. It also leads to cyclical frustration. Many life coaches and wellness professionals learned to approach problems one-dimensionally. Our approach is three-dimensional: person, task, environment. We fuse our design and occupational therapy skills. Results are design thinking through the lens of The Doing, Being, and Becoming Model.
