Facilitated sensory modulation assessment to each individual for identification then implementation of individualized sensory-based needs within workplace setting. Team disclosed sensory regulation preferences then collaborated on sensory strategies to implement within work space. Over four weeks individual and team accountability improved 60%. Reports individuals “grew into empathy” as a new team dynamic.
GIG Design Consultant collaborated with Team Director on creative modification of current furnishings to improve productivity based on sensory assessments. Furnishing placement based on temperature, lighting, noise, and visual stimulus needs per individual. Productivity improved the first week by 15%. Over 90 days productivity improved by 80%.
